Delays are common and rarely personal. People get busy, or are unsure how to sign.
A simple routine
- Day 2: send a friendly reminder with the document attached again
- Day 4: offer help, such as a link that lets them sign on their phone
- Day 7: ask if anything is unclear and offer a short call
Do not start without it
